And, the quality is just as good or better than what you might find in your local bookstore.</p>
<p>The cariovascular portion of your home workout is easy to handle too. If you&#8217;re an outdoors person you&#8217;ll have no problem with this. Simply go for a run, take a walk or ride your bicycle. If you&#8217;re more of an indoors person, you can jump around or run in place. For those with a bigger budget, a treadmill or other piece of cardio equipment can be a great choice.</p>

<p>There was no Clenbuterol weight loss treatment on the market a few years ago, and this drug was used to treat breathing disorders; but later, athletes discovered that it had other effects besides that could both help lose weight and increase muscle condition. The effect that is demonstrated by its use is more reminiscent on ephedra than a typical steroid. The way Clenbuterol works on a persons system is by increasing the flow of blood and their metabolic rate, which in turn burns unwanted fat.</p>
<p>Its main impact is on hormones such as adrenaline, noradrenalin and dopamine, which in the case of athletes helps eliminate the fat in the body and create lean muscles. Owing to the effects it can have on the system it should be administered under strict medical supervision by gradually increasing the dose. However there are severe side effects associated with the weight loss pills such as insomnia, severe headaches and tremors.</p>
<p>Furthermore, the fat burning effect only appears for three or four weeks after which the body enters a stagnation period and this is why those who take Clenbuterol to treat obesity make a pause of a month or so before starting another cycle. Most specialists will tell you this weight loss treatment is a dangerous and undesirable choice for a dietary program. The purpose of knowing the side-effects is not just to warn a person away from using this drug but if they are set on using it they can guard against the side-effects.</p>
<p>One thing is for sure Clenbuterol weight loss treatment is not completely out of the scene yet, particularly since there are countries where it is still used. If people took their physical well-being more seriously by eating healthily and took regular exercise, there would be no need to use drugs that have serious side-effects. Yes it works, but consider the long term implications to your health before seeing your doctor about using it.</p>

<p>Eating healthy isn&#8217;t an easy switch to make for some people.  Most people want to eat healthier foods, but think they will lose the flavor and joy in their favorite dishes.</p>
<p>It is possible to make the transition towards healthy eating and be happy about it at the same time.  Try replacing some of the fattening ingredients in your favorite foods with their fat-free alternatives.  This simple step is one way you can still enjoy your favorite foods and cut calories.</p>
<p>Bacon - A lot of our favorite recipes have bacon in them. You can still use bacon, but try a healthier version of it. Turkey bacon is healthier for you and most people like the taste of it. Another option is to use fake bacon since it has fewer fat grams and calories.</p>
<p>If you want to try cutting back on eggs, you can always use only the egg whites or using an egg substitute.  Using egg substitutes in baking is a great way to save fat and calories and still be able to enjoy eggs in your diet.</p>
<p>Flour - Try using whole wheat flour instead of the usual bleached white flour. Whole wheat flour is very healthy for you and it can add a little extra something to your favorite dishes. Whole wheat noodles are better for you too if you&#8217;re a pasta junkie.</p>
<p>Olive Oil - Olive oil is a healthier option you can use to cook your food than the normal oil and lard we use or that our food is cooked in at a restaurant. Use it as a substitute in your dishes in place of the corn oils. A few less calories add up to increased weight loss!</p>
<p>Chicken is a great food, as a source of dietary protein.  Remember to leave the skin, it is the least healthy part of chicken.</p>
<p>Chocolate is laden with fats that aren&#8217;t good for us, so in place of chocolate try using cocoa.  It allows you to have more control of the amount of fat and sugar used in your favorite dessert recipes</p>
<p>Honey - Sometimes honey can be used in place of sugar in your favorite recipes. It still gives you that sweet taste, but it&#8217;s better for your body.  Of course you can also use artificial sweeteners if you like, but they don&#8217;t help you like honey does and some people don&#8217;t like the taste of them.</p>
<p>Healthy diet changes don&#8217;t have to mean you can&#8217;t eat your favorite things.  By substituting certain ingredients, you will find tastier ways to incorporate good foods into your diet.</p>

Given the short duration of the warranties on most cheap treadmills, you could end up with a useless and very large fitness machine hogging your living space until you can find someone to take it off your hands.</p>
<p>With that in mind you want to make sure that the cheap treadmills you look at are safe. There are certain things you need to look at to be assured that the treadmill is going to be safe for you to use.</p>
<p>You want to make sure that the treadmill is sturdy and can stand up to not only your weight, but also the routine you plan to put it through. You don&#8217;t what to be working out on your treadmill when all of a sudden a handle comes off or the body of the machine breaks down.</p>
<p>The belt should be of good quality. You don&#8217;t want the belt to slip or stick while you&#8217;re walking or running on your treadmill or worse fall apart altogether.</p>
<p>Make sure that the controls on your treadmill are easy to use and understand. If you&#8217;re running or walking at a certain pace and you get tired and want to slow the pace down you don&#8217;t want to have to try to figure out how to do that or you try to do it and the machine doesn&#8217;t respond, that can be very dangerous.</p>
<p>Most of all whether it&#8217;s on cheap treadmills or expensive treadmills you don&#8217;t want to over do your exercise routine. Be aware of your heart rate and check with your doctor to make see what is safe for you to do.</p>

<p>It seems we are all running in the fast lane; there never seems to be enough hours in the day to do all we need to do.  Our jobs, families, and social lives consume our every waking minute.  Who has time to cook a real meal anymore? It&#8217;s just easier to drive through and pick up dinner on the way home from work.</p>
<p>Most people work at least 8 hours a day and then there&#8217;s the commute home; who wants to cook dinner after all that?  It&#8217;s very tempting to just stop and pick something up; a readymade meal to just set on the table and dig in.  However, it may be fast and easy, but it&#8217;s not always good for you.  Here I will explain some of the facts about those easy, fast food dinners you bring home to your family.</p>
<p>McDonald&#8217;s - Juicy hamburgers with a side of fries sound delicious. But if you take a regular Double Quarter Pound Cheeseburger with a side of medium sized fries, you&#8217;ll see that you&#8217;re consuming approximately 60g of fat and 1,100 calories total for the fries and the cheeseburger (not to mention whatever you wash it down with). If you&#8217;re on a 2,000 calorie diet, you would have met over half of that with only one meal.</p>
<p>Good old Kentucky Fried Chicken; a very popular fast food restaurant, is a favorite of a lot of people because they think chicken is a healthy meal.  It is if you cook it correctly.  However, one chicken breast, cooked in the original style is loaded with 21 g of fat and over 300 calories.  Add the mashed potatoes, slaw, gravy, and biscuit, and now, what you thought was healthy has turned into a fat feast.</p>
<p>Pizza Hut Pizza - It&#8217;s so easy to come home exhausted and fall prey to the convenience of pizza delivery. A Large Pepperoni pan pizza has about 14g of total fat and 270 total calories per slice.</p>
<p>Like most people, you will likely eat at least two pieces of pizza which will then total 28 grams of fat and over 500 calories, and that&#8217;s just for one topping.  Add extra cheese and the total fat content rises dramatically.  If this is going to be your mode of easy and fast dinners, be prepared to buy new clothes a size or two larger.</p>
<p>Subway offers a variety of menu options, some low fat and low calorie choices. However, if you choose a sub from the regular menu, such as chicken parmesan (6 inch) you&#8217;ll be getting close to 18 grams of fat and some 500 calories.  You think this restaurant is a healthy choice, and it can be, if you choose correctly, but regular menu items are still high in fat and calories.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s best to steer clear of fast food eateries, but if you&#8217;re forced to go to one for convenience, try to scout out the menu ahead of time on the Internet to find out what menu options they have that won&#8217;t blow your diet plan for the entire day.</p>

The natural plant, however, is not a commodity that can be patented from a legal standpoint.  Therefore, other companies can continue to make products using Hoodia Gordonii, and they will not be in violation of the law.</p>
<p>Anyone who is thinking of giving Hoodia a try should be sure that any product they purchase contains genuine South African Hoodia Gordonii.</p>

<p>It is often hard to maintain that self-control that is needed to not eat the sweets or unhealthy fast food items that got you on the diet in the first place. One night you will find yourself in the fridge looking for something sweet to eat without even realizing that you are about to cheat on your diet. This accident is called a setback.</p>
<p>In every program that has ever been created, setbacks occur. Your body will complain about you taking away its happiness if you are dieting for the first time in a while. This biological setback is eventual.</p>
<p>It is important to not get to upset or depressed when these types of setbacks occur. Overeating is often triggered by depression. Getting upset will only discourage you to continue rather than get you the desired results.</p>
<p>Setbacks also come in the form of non-self-control types. Out of your physical control, these types of setbacks are accidents that could happen to anyone. This type of setback is a car accident that could put you in bed for a while or a vacation that takes you to a place that does not have a healthy menu.</p>
<p>Accidents happen to everyone. Once you have gotten off your vacation or back home from your accident, work hard to get back to where you need to be on your diet. Do not allow yourself to not get back on the diet or it will be harder to do so later.</p>
<p>No matter how healthy a person thinks they are, everyone can stand to get a little healthier. With that in mind it is a good idea to start your new program with a friend or relative. This will benefit both of you as they will get healthier and they can watch to make sure you stick to it.</p>
<p>You will have more self-control if you have someone working on losing weight with you. People working on something at the same time have a psychological effect on the people. Either they have a desire to win as if it were a contest or to nurture the other to reach their goals.</p>
<p>Both people win, either way, because they are pushing each other to do their best. The number of setbacks are kept to a minimum with this cooperation. Setbacks can become more if the two people cannot trust each other.</p>
<p>It is wise to find another partner if this is the case. Make sure the person you have aligned with is someone with whom you can work before you set yourself up in this situation. The key to success in these situations is trust.</p>
<p>Do not allow a couple of setbacks to make you think you cannot achieve your goals. Take action and control if you have given yourself a certain timeframe to lose 20 pounds. A couple of setbacks cannot keep you from reaching your goals.</p>

<p>The average amount most people want to lose when they decide they need to &#8220;diet&#8221; is about 20 pounds. This is a small goal and can be achieved with simple exercises that usually occur in every day life. This is what is called working out moderately.</p>
<p>Working out should not be something at which people will grimace. To get started in working out moderately, one must first assess their present daily activity. Then, once they have determined the level of their activity and whether it is enough daily, goals can be set to advance that level or maintain it properly.</p>
<p>A person who has a job in a building with more than one floor can work out daily by skipping the elevator once a day. Instead of riding the coach up to their floor in the morning, the person can take the stairs. This one simple, moderate exercise will show results without straining the person or even appearing to be exercise.</p>
<p>If there are not stairs around, another example is taking a walk around the block or two after dinner or at lunch. This will not take long so the person will be home or back to work in no time. Moderate forms of exercise that are the best are jogging, walking or running.</p>
<p>Aerobic exercises that are fun and do not seem to be exercise are swimming, skiing and bicycling. Moderate exercises that can also help lose weight are gardening and cleaning the house. Bending down, getting up, picking things up and moving around perform this duty.</p>
<p>Any thing that has the potential to cause a sweat to form on your brow can be considered a moderate exercise. Another form of moderate exercise is simply working out, on a stationary bike or lifting weights, for 10 to 20 minutes a day. As this is actual working out, many people do not consider it in the same line as walking or gardening.</p>
<p>Walk to the store instead of driving three blocks for just a couple of items. Ride a mile or two on a Saturday with your family on bicycles. The weight will be gone without noticing it by adding these moderate exercises to you daily routine.</p>
<p>Set a goal for one year ahead. Mark down on the calendar that you wish to lose that 20 pounds in exactly one year. Mark down dates to check the weight loss at one month, three months and six months.</p>
<p>Generating a desire to perform the moderate exercise you have chosen, setting this goal will help you lose the weight. You will reach your goals by having this desire and a little self-control. You will also reach your goal by eating right.</p>
<p>Maintaining that desire and continuing to have self-control are the keys to success. You will keep climbing those stairs instead of taking the elevator daily if you remind yourself that you have a goal. You will continue to lose the weight and keep it off once the changes you have made become habit.</p>

<p>Many Americans have a strong sense of environmental and social responsibility. We try to make environmentally well advised choices in many aspects of our daily living, yet we ignore one of the major contributors to the endangered state of the planet.</p>
<p>Worldwide in excess of one billion people do not have an uncontaminated source of clean drinking water, this is in excess of 1/6 of the world population, however, as Americans, spend billions of dollars yearly for the convenience of drinking from a plastic bottle instead of a water tap. We should be ashamed.</p>
<p>1.5 million tons of plastic are used to manufacture bottled water every year. It also takes in excess of 25 times the amount of water to make each plastic bottle than the bottle contains. 300 million gallons of bottled water are imported to the United States yearly.</p>
<p>In America bottled water is often simply an indulgence. Despite our justifications, it is not a harmless indulgence. Bottled water is an environmental catastrophe. Thirty years ago bottled water barely survived as a business in the United States. Today Americans spent more on &#8220;designer&#8221; bottled water than we spent on iPods or entertainment tickets - $15 billion in 2007. The expected United States expenditure for bottled water will be $16 billion a year before the end of the decade.</p>
<p>As a nation we drink more than 30 billion single-serving bottles of water per year. Bottled water is the fastest growing beverage industry in the world, valued at $22 billion a year. Less than 15% of plastic bottles are recycled, the rest end up in the waste system and cost America&#8217;s major cities in excess of 70 million per year to handle processing and landfill expenditures. America yearly produces in excess of 800,000 tons of plastic bottle pollution that substantially magnifies global warming.</p>
<p>Last year, Americans carelessly tossed out 38 billion plastic water bottles, about $1 billion worth of plastic. That&#8217;s an overwhelming waste, especially considering 1.5 million barrels of oil - enough to power 100,000 cars for a year - were used to manufacture these bottles. And that&#8217;s not even including the gas and oil required for packing, shipping and delivering this gigantic volume of liquid.</p>
<p>If you are putting money into bottled water, you are basically purchasing plastic, which is manufactured from petroleum. When we buy a bottle of water, what we&#8217;re often purchasing is the bottle its self. One of the main problems with bottled water production is the reliance on fossil fuels. From packaging to transportation, bottled water relies on oil, using 17 million barrels of oil and producing massive amounts of carbon dioxide every year.</p>
<p>In the United States alone, we are hauling 1 billion liters of water around a week in ships trains and trucks. That is a weekly giant convoy equivalent to 37,800 18 wheelers. Water weighs 8 1/3 pounds a gallon. It is so heavy you cannot fill an 18 wheeler with bottled water&#8211;you have to allow empty space.</p>
<p>There is an simple eco friendly solution. Tap water is much less expensive. As a reporter for the NY Times pointed out, almost all municipal water in America is so good that nobody needs to import a single bottle from Italy or France or the Fiji Islands.</p>
<p>Pure and safe drinking water should be public, accessible and affordable. The more the wealthy opt out of drinking tap water, the less active political support there will be for investing in developing and maintaining America&#8217;s public water supply. That would be a grievous loss.</p>
<p>Access to inexpensive, pure water is basic to a nation&#8217;s health. In Fiji, a state-of-the-art factory spins out more than a million bottles a day of the hippest bottled water on the U.S. market, while more than half the people in Fiji do not have a pure or dependable source of drinking water. This means it is easier for the average American in Los Angeles or New York to quench their thirst with refreshing Fiji water than it is for the majority of people in Fiji.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, if you choose to get your recommended eight to ten glasses a day from bottled water, you could spend up to $1,500 or more every year. The same amount of tap water would cost pennies a day. Recent studies show that many brands of bottled water fail to meet industry guidelines and the cost of even low quality bottled water can grow quite high.</p>
<p>Much of bottled water is only plain tap water. Many bottled water firms repackage tap water into plastic bottles, then sell them back to the consumer at prices higher than gasoline and increasing just as rapidly. Aquafina, as an example, has finally been pressured into amending its labels to advise consumers that Aquafina water comes from tap water. Why not just drink tap water? More than a quarter of bottled water is just processed tap water.</p>
<p>Plastic containers leach toxic chemicals. Have you considered why your plastic bottle of water has a label warning telling you not to reuse it? The longer you have that bottle, the more likely it is to leach toxic chemicals into your water.</p>
<p>There is a green solution. If you are not confident in your local tap water or wish to quickly filter tap water when on the go, carbon-filtered tap water is safer and costs much less than bottled water. The Environmental Working Group states, &#8220;carbon filtration of tap water will dramatically lower levels of toxic by products; it is also 10 to 20 times less expensive than bottled water, and does not produce the waste and pollution associated with the packaging and transport of bottled water.&#8221;</p>

<p>Change one or two things in your diet at a time to start developing good eating habits. The better chances you have of keeping the good diet depends upon the more things you change slowly. You will have better results in your weight loss if you change more things in your diet.</p>
<p>The total amount of fat intake you should have should be less than 20% of your total daily calories. Almost every item you purchase at the store will have a label that describes how much fat is in that item. Follow this carefully, using self-control and write down your daily intake for about a month.</p>
<p>If you have kept on the diet with some self-control, after about a month, you new diet should be a regular habit. If you have slowly replaced or reduced the unhealthy items, your new regular diet will not have to be written down. Your weight loss goals will greatly be helped by these simple strategies.</p>

<p>A misconception about carbohydrates is that they lead to weight gain. This is not so as they only generate oil for your body. If you are over the ideal weight for your body mass then shedding some weight might be good. Obesity only causes diabetes, high BP and cardiovascular diseases.</p>

Fad diets which eliminate certain categories of food from the diet are risky. This is because our bodies are not made to deal with the absence of essential fats for a prolong period of time. <p>The proper way to lose weight is always about exercises and proper calories intake planning. It is not about substituting one kind of food for another. <p>In the last few years the medical community has finally begun to recognize that just like bulimia and anorexia, bingeing is also an eating disorder.  Yet we are all aware of what a person does when they are bulimic or anorexic, but very few actually under the implications relating to eating disorders like binge eating.  Where as with the other two a person will either not eat sufficient amounts of food, or will eat food and then try to purge it from their body as soon as possible.  With binge eating these problems are simply not there and so it is a completely different kind of eating disorder compared to the others.</p>
<p>In fact it is because the person seems to be eating that many people often do not realize that the sufferer is actually having a problem.  In fact for many what they see is that they have the choice about what food they eat as well as having control over their bodies.</p>
<p>Although with bingeing a person is eating even if large amounts on an irregular basis they do not realize that they are actually placing their health at risk.  In fact just as if they choose to starve or purge their body through vomiting or taking laxatives they are still placing strain on their body in the same way.</p>
<p>Those people who choose to constantly eat large amounts of food will then place a considerable amount of strain on to their digestive system and their body.  In a large number cases those who tend to binge eat find that they are more prone to weight gain and in some cases will be extremely unhealthy.</p>
<p>One of the biggest problems that those that binge eaters have is actually recognizing that they have a problem in the first place.  In many cases a binge eater will hide the problem by either eating more food in secret or by consuming far more food than they should really.  The reason why they do this is simply because they feel they have control over their life and the situation they are in.</p>
<p>In fact in most cases of eating disorders today the biggest challenge a person will face suffer from these conditions is actually failing to recognize that they have a problem.  Simply because they fail to recognize that they have no control over what they are doing in their lives.</p>
<p>We all eat a little more than normal at some stage especially during the Christmas and holiday periods, but this is considered to be quite normal.  However for a binge eater the problem they have is that they will have no control over preventing themselves from eating too much on a very regular basis.</p>
<p>Although health problems such as weight gain are relatively minor when it comes to binge eating.  It is the psychological problems, which are the more worrying side effect associated with this particular eating disorder.  In fact in many cases those that binge eat will often dismiss the problem as nothing more than a habit they have got into or it part of whom they are and something they have chosen for themselves.</p>

<p>You can even design your own diet, be sure that you know what nutrients and vitamins are in the foods that you select.  A balanced diet is a good diet; the important thing is having the kind of diet that provides you with all of the vitamins and nutrients that you need. If you like have a look at a couple of different diets and integrate them.</p>
<p>Variety is necessary when planning a diet, if you don&#8217;t have a variety of foods you will not enjoy your diet and will find it easy to make excuses to go back to eating rubbish but even cheese and wine are good for you in moderation.</p>
<p>A good diet should include generous portions of fruit and vegetables, but high fibre fruit and vegetables should be prioritised. Fibre is sometimes ignored when formulating a diet. <p>Many high in fibre foods don&#8217;t taste very nice, so it&#8217;s difficult to convince people to eat such foods. Many don&#8217;t enjoy the taste of the high fibre supplements that are available, so for them avoiding these supplements is the option they take. Eating grains is another way of ensuring that you have plenty of fibre in your diet, but this writer has always found fruit and vegetables to be much more palatable.</p>
<p>Do some research on the Internet, you are sure to find fruit and vegetables you love that are high in fibre. There are plenty of fruit and vegetables that are high in fibre, eat a couple of servings of fruit each day and you&#8217;ll have sufficient fibre.</p>
<p>Some of you may think that you eat plenty of high fibre fruit and vegetables, but do you cook them, cooking them reduces the fibre content. To maximise the benefit of eating high fibre fruit and vegetables you shouldn&#8217;t cook them, eat as much fruit and vegetables as you can, raw.</p>

<p>Some people use weight loss dietary supplements to enhance their exercise and diet regimens.  These supplements are a blend of various vitamins, amino acids and minerals. Some supplements also contain herbs. Remember to seek your doctor&#8217;s advice before using any supplements.</p>
<p>Caution should be used when deciding whether or not to take dietary weight loss supplements because they are not FDA approved. They do not have to meet the rigorous standards that other medications must comply with. The FDA can force companies to remove a product from the market if evidence is found showing that the product is not fit for human consumption.</p>
<p>A weight loss dietary supplement that was banned from being sold is ephedra. Ephedra contributes to depression and chronic headaches, will cause blood pressure to rise, can cause seizures, and can even lead to death. Sometimes what you read on the label isn&#8217;t what is actually found in the supplement, because these pills are not regulated by the FDA.</p>
<p>Ever since ephedra was recalled from the market, bitter orange has been touted as being safe although its effectiveness has been unproven. Its effects on the body may be similar to those of ephedra.  Bitter orange as a weight loss dietary supplement has not yet been recalled, although it has been shown to be unsafe and unhealthy.</p>
<p>Guar gum and chitosan are two weight loss dietary supplements that have proven to have no effect on weight loss. Using either of these products has been discouraged. Because there have been no tests or studies regarding the long term effect, little is known at this time. It is known, however, that neither has proven effective in either appetite suppression or helping with weight loss.</p>
<p>Two weight loss dietary supplements that have proven effective for weight loss are St. John&#8217;s Wart and green tea. These are proven to burn additional calories and suppress appetite. It&#8217;s also been shown that they help when used as part of a diet and exercise regimen. Green tea is available in pill form, as a patch, or as a drinkable tea.</p>

<p>Quick weight loss diets are hardly new. However, embarking on one causes a significant change in your dietary and nutritional intake. For that reason, quick weight loss diets should be limited to a time period of no more than seven days.</p>
<p>Quick weight loss diets are not intended for prolonged use. Although you may not notice a problem at first, your body will soon stop responding to the diet and the weight loss will reach a plateau. Quick weight loss diets will produce some results, but over the long-term are unhealthy for your body.</p>
<p>If you starve yourself completely, you body will start to shut down and store up calories to prepare itself for your reduced caloric intake. As a consequence of this, you will find losing weight to be extremely challenging. <p>When you have lost the weight that you wanted to on your quick weight loss diet, it is often tempting to reward yourself by eating everything in sight. But that would be a big mistake. Now is the time to begin eating healthy and balanced meals so that your new healthy weight is maintained. Drinking plenty of water is also recommended. Often simply drinking a glass of water will help curb any hunger pains you experience.</p>
<p>Take it easy on yourself physically after you are done dieting. While you are on the diet, you will feel normal, but you will need to adjust to the change of not dieting. This change may create additional stress for your body. Gradually adjust your eating habits so that you consume the correct number of calories for your height, age and gender. In this way, you will become accustomed to eating healthily for life, so that you will not have to revert to yo-yo dieting.</p>
<p>Losing weight can be kicked into gear with a quick weight loss diet. To enhance your results, supplement these diets with moderate exercise. Even with these quick weight loss diets, you will still need adequate nutrition.</p>

<p>When I found out that the Sole F80 was the treadmill choice of the Hilton Hotels and many other upscale establishments, I wanted to see why. I knew if high-end establishments have put their stamps of approval on a machine it had to be an excellent piece of exercise equipment.</p>
<p>The first thing I thought of when I looked at the Sole F80 was: solid. The machine didn&#8217;t look fancy, but it was commercial quality. Upon further inspection I found out that looks are often deceiving. The machine does have a lot of bells and whistles. It comes with speed and incline controls on the arm rests, six workout programs, built in speakers for MP3 players or iPODS-and even built in cooling fans.</p>
<p>As solid and durable as the machine is, the Sole F80 comes with an easy assist folding feature. This is ideal for someone who wants the machine in their home. I found the machine to be easy to push around and maneuver, too. This is great for someone who needs to put their treadmill in a closet or corner after a workout. My opinion is the Sole F80 is a space saver and it would make a great home treadmill for someone who is in the market for one.</p>
<p>In regards to the motor, the Sole F80 was upgraded in 2008 and is now equipped with a powerful 3.0 continuous duty motor. It operates quietly, is very smooth and can easily accommodate someone up to 350 pounds. However, someone who is a very serious runner may want to opt for a treadmill that has a bit more horsepower. This machine is better suited to walkers and joggers.</p>
<p>After doing some comparisons I found that the warranty on the Sole F80 is well above par. There is a lifetime warranty on the motor, deck and frame. The price of the machine is a steal, in my opinion, considering the warranty, durability and the features on this machine. It certainly outranks other machines in its price range. Another piece of information I found is that if you purchase the machine directly from the company you will get an instant $500 savings on the treadmill. All in all, I can see why Hilton and other upscale establishments have opted to have the Sole F80 on site. It&#8217;s a great machine.</p>

<p>The most effective types of exercises that you can use in order to improve, tone and condition your abdominal muscles will involve you doing some resistance training.  As with all the major muscle groups to be found in the human body (arms, legs and back) you will find that your abdomen ones react in a more positive way when you use resistance training exercises.</p>
<p>Also choose those exercises which are actually going to make your muscles feel tired even though you may only have done 20 repetitions.  Using these kinds of exercises will ensure that you are actually utilizing the muscles more effectively and the results that will be achieved are far better as well.</p>
<p>Some of the more effective exercises you should be using in order to improve the condition of your abdominal muscles are the standard and combination crunch or the reverse curl.  But as well as these exercises you also need to make adjustments to your diet.  What&#8217;s the point of doing these exercises if you are going to carry on eating the same foods that caused you initially to put the weight on?  Below we take a closer look at the exercises we have mentioned above and how to do them.</p>
<p>With the standard crunch you will first need to get yourself in to a prone position on your back on the floor.   It might be wise to put a mat or blanket underneath you especially if you are laying on a wooden floor. Then slowly raise your legs up until your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are bent.  As soon as you are in this position comfortably you should start to raise your shoulders up off the floor and make your ribs move towards your hips.  But you need to actually prevent your should from raising up above your shoulder level and the easiest way to do this is by pretending that you are holding on to a piece of fruit which has been placed under your chin.  When first using this exercise and to avoid putting too much strain on your body you should place your hands on your chest.  Then as your muscles begin to grow stronger then you can choose to place your hands either at the side or above your head.</p>
<p>When it comes to the reverse curl this exercise has been specifically designed to work on the fibrous matter to be found in the lower and side ab muscle in your body.  Once more you need to lay on the floor (with some sort of protection underneath you) and then bend your knees up towards your chest in to a position that is not uncomfortable.  However you must make sure that as you raise your knees towards your chest your hips remain touching the floor.  Once you have got yourself into the correct position you need to start raising your hips off the floor.  But rather than just pulling your knees closer to your chest you need to contract your abs muscles and this will help to bring your knees towards your chest.  Also whilst doing this exercise in order for it to be really effective you must make sure that your legs do not swing to either side.</p>
<p>After a while you may discover that doing the reverse curl or standard crunch becomes much easier as your muscles begin to become stronger.  Therefore if you want to challenge yourself further and help to get your muscles much stronger and more condition then start to include the combination crunch in your abs workout.  This particular exercise is much more difficult as it requires you to carry out the reverse curl and standard crunch together.</p>
<p>But at the end of the day when it comes to improving the condition of abs you will find that you need to look closely at your body type in order to find a workout which will suit you perfectly.  So therefore it is important that you look at the various different types of workouts others are using and possibly try some before you find the one that is suited to you.  Doing this will then help to ensure that you reach your goal of having a great looking set of abs in the future.</p>

<p>Drinking alcohol occasionally may not be detrimental to blood pressure, but drinking it a lot is. Alcohol has been known to have a detrimental effect on your blood pressure, and can raise it. High blood pressure damages the walls of your blood vessels, which in turn elevates your blood pressure even more. If you drink excessively, this can cause serious blood vessel difficulties and make your high blood pressure even more difficult to treat.</p>
<p>You can also have more complications if you have high blood pressure and drink a lot of alcohol. Small amounts of alcohol usually have a protective effect on your heart, but only your doctor can tell you is this is healthy for you. It may be true that you can consume a small amount of alcohol to actually help your blood pressure, but your own history is what determines this. Your doctor may decide that it&#8217;s best that you don&#8217;t have any alcohol at all when you treat your high blood pressure.</p>
<p>Salt is another thing most Americans get too much of. If you suffer from high blood pressure, you should cut excess salt out of your diet. Of course, foods contain sodium naturally, and small amounts of sodium are indeed necessary. Nonetheless, you can get everything you need from your food naturally without adding any additional salt.</p>
<p>If you already have high blood pressure, consuming excess salt is probably forbidden on your diet. Even if your blood pressure is optimal, too much salt can still be detrimental to your health. A good way to begin to adjust your salt intake is to make sure you cook without salt altogether, and then taste your food before you add any. In general, opt add no more than about a half a teaspoon of table salt to your food on a daily basis, and avoid pre-salted foods such as processed junk food like potato chips or pretzels, or even some canned products such as soups and tomato products.</p>
<p>Saturated fats, too, are bad for your blood vessels and your heart when consumed excessively. If you eat a lot of fats, especially saturated or trans fats, they can raise your cholesterol levels and damage your circulatory system. Your diet should have only modest amounts of these types of fats. Limit your consumption of processed foods such as cakes, fried foods, fast foods, and simple sugars. Meats do contain some saturated fat, but can be consumed in moderation. Concentrate on fish and chicken as meat sources.</p>
<p>If you already suffer from high blood pressure, trans fats and other &#8220;bad&#8221; fats can place your cardiovascular system under even more stress. In addition, if you eat dairy products, you should opt for low-fat or no fat dairy products. Full fat dairy products can be stressful to your body and increase your blood pressure, since they contain saturated fats.</p>
<p>The best things you can eat when you have high blood pressure and you want to keep your pressure at a low include fresh fruits and vegetables and fish.  Green vegetables are the healthiest for you and fruits like berries or cantaloupe.  You don&#8217;t want to eat too much of fruits that are really high in citrus.</p>
<p>When you have high blood pressure the food you eat is very important.  You might be causing your blood pressure to be higher and not even realize it.  You should not eat foods that have a high content of saturated fat and salt.  It is also important to avoid alcohol consumption because this can be very damaging to the blood vessels.  What you eat can have a direct impact on your blood pressure.</p>
